1. Data we collect
Account email, hashed password, IP for security, request metadata (timestamps, model, token counts). We do not store request or response bodies for training.
2. Payments
Crypto payment processors receive the minimum transaction data needed to settle a top-up. We do not collect or store bank card numbers.
3. Third parties
Grok 4.5 and Grok 4.6 inference is executed by upstream providers, subject to their own policies. Aggregated usage may be shared with them for capacity planning.
4. Retention
Metadata is kept up to 12 months for billing and abuse prevention. Accounts can be closed on request.
