1. Service
GrokAPI provides paid access to Grok 4.5 via an OpenAI-compatible API. We are an independent reseller and not affiliated with xAI.
2. Account
You are responsible for keys issued to your account. Sharing or reselling keys is not permitted without a written agreement.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to produce content that violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights, or targets our infrastructure.
4. Billing
Prepaid balance, per-token deduction. Unused balance is refundable under the Refunds policy.
5. Availability
Best-effort uptime. Planned maintenance is announced in the Telegram channel.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, the remaining balance is refunded per the Refunds policy.
